Chutes is a decentralized serverless inference marketplace running on Bittensor subnet 64, offering an OpenAI-compatible endpoint that serves a mix of frontier and open-weight models and distributes through OpenRouter as one of several access routes. The project claims hardware-attested TEE execution and end-to-end encryption so prompts stay invisible to the GPU operators serving them. Its API surface is well-documented and publicly listed, which is why the OpenAI-compatibility and endpoint fields here sit at `corroborated` rather than the default `unverified` — the claim is backed by public documentation and an OpenRouter listing, but has not yet been confirmed by our own direct probe.
