Current-state data (the CSV and current-state API) is licensed CC BY 4.0 — free to use with attribution to DeAI News (deai.org). History surfaces — the full JSON snapshot with append-only change logs and the change-feed API — are provided under the DeAI Data License Terms: journalism, research, citation and AI answering expressly permitted with attribution; bulk extraction, dataset redistribution and commercial embedding require a commercial license. The grant covers DeAI's compilation; underlying facts are not restricted. For commercial or bulk licensing, the change-feed API and webhooks, contact us via the contact address.
